We had Chef Graham cater a celebratory event for a close friend and the food was amazing! I had eaten his food at another event recently and had to have his culinary expertise at our own party! He's phenomenal and I highly recommend him! His business partner Marcus handled translating our needs perfectly We couldn't have been more pleased.

Chef Graham and his staff provided us with a fantastic array of food for our backyard luau. From the very beginning to the very end, Chef Graham was wonderful to work with. He helped us design a menu that fit our theme, listened to our needs, worked within our budget and then went above and beyond by making an amazing display of fabulous food. In addition, he generously added a few extra dishes to our menu that he thought our guests would enjoy. The party was a huge success and our guests all raved about how wonderful the food was! In addition, we had Marcus as our bartender and all our guests loved him too! In fact, my husband was thrilled that every time he headed back to the bar, Marcus was ready for him with his choice of beverage...big kudos!!! Thank you Chef Graham and your wonderful staff for making our backyard luau such a memorable event!
