Introduction: I have been a Personal Chef for 7 years, owned a Cafe, Meal Delivery Service,Worked with NFL, NBA, ESPN and many fortune 100 clients in Charlotte. I was a major contributor to morning TV in Charlotte over the past five years, represented North Carolina in a national cookbook , featured in multiple publications . Sandra is truly a master of gourmet and comfort-food cooking! She delivered several meals to me while I was recovering from surgery and they were delicious. The eggplant parm and chicken piccata were exceptional. I would recommend Sandra for catering and her personal chef services to everyone!
