This occasion was a pre Christmas family gathering of 16. Two years ago Chef Lisa had catered a 90th birthday for our mother with over 60 people. This time we didn't want Christmas fare for that would be repeated in the coming days. We had young children to please and a few vegetarians included with the rest of us meat eaters. It was wonderful. The chicken tenders and mac and cheese thrilled the children. There was baked beans, southern green beans and potato salad to delight the veggies. The barbecue was to die for, the men devoured the peach cobbler and the ladies were delighted with the chocolate cake. Don't you wish you were there? Chef Lisa, we will see you again next year. It was wonderful.

Heart and Soul did a corporate teambuilding event for my department and it was phenomenal! We were greeted with appetizers and beverages when we arrived and they gave us a really fun icebreaker game right away that we did while mingling. Chef Lisa did a quick culinary demonstration and then issued the team challenge for us. We had to cook a recipe in teams with a pretty big "twist" that left us having to rely on true teamwork to pull it off. We had so much fun completing our dishes together. After that we enjoyed a three course meal prepared and served by Chef Lisa and her staff. The food was amazing! It was so nicely plated and tasted wonderful! This was the best team event we've had in years! Heart and Soul was a class act all the way. Great servers, great chefs and a great venue!
