1. Communication with the customer and clarification of the problem. 2. Visit to the site of work for diagnosis and repair cost estimation. 3. Preparation of materials for work or the client himself provides them. 4. Installation or repair. 5. Happy customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed 4 years of college and earned my technician's degree. My last place of employment was Mr. Rooter Plumbing where I gained good experience in addition to the previous plumbing companies I worked for.
