- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I come to all of my clients at their location. My rates are $95/hour (minimum one hour charged). I offer discounted rates for people who subscribe to recieve ongoing monthly service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned to write code when I was a 6 years old. At 12 years of age, I started taking our home computer apart. When I was in college I realized that I had knowledge that comes easily to me that others don't have. I started a computer business then providing computers and support to clients all over town. I've been a realtor for the past 15 years, recently I noticed that the tech knowledge that I have should be shared with the world. So I reopened my computer business, this time as Queen City Rent a Geek.

Recently, I've worked for photographers, chiropractors, nurses, professional organizers, and social media experts.
