- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job I do is wedding first dance instruction with choreography. But I also teach father/daughter and mother/son dances. A well-choreographed first dance will make the couple look and feel natural dancing together; will include basic steps, turns and dips that highlight the special parts in the music; and will be fun to perform and to watch.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of all my students, but I usually feel the most proud when I have a couple that has never danced together or a couple that struggles at the beginning and then they turn around and pull off an amazing first dance. It makes me so happy to hear that it turned out perfectly and all the guests were impressed.
