FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer price ranges for different packages we can deliver. But these ranges are used as a guideline and are only estimates. We offer completely customizable event and production packages. Nonetheless, our packages a competitively priced and our payment options make every package affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to establish a "first-name basis" type of communication with all clients. From there, we work on getting to know and understand the details of what each customer wants, and address concerns they might have. We offer ideas and attempt to direct the potential client in the right direction. We aim to alleviate any doubts or concerns. We can schedule in person interviews with our potential client regarding planning, timing, or anything that you might have in mind. This can all be done prior to making a deposit. A deposit (refundable up to 72 hours before the event) of 20% is required at this point if the client wishes to move forward. Within 48 hours of the client being booked, a "draft" itinerary will be sent, via email if applicable, to all participating parties to be reviewed as many times as needed before the final itinerary is validated. We will remain in contact with the event planners the entire time. If the venue allows, we prefer to set up and test the equipment the night before the event is scheduled to ensure punctuality and deliverance. We remain in comfortable contact with all parties throughout the event and through conclusion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up-to-date on all of our equipment and are constantly looking for new or "upgraded" technology. We add over 100 songs a week to the QCDJ database. And I am currently enrolled at The Connecticut School of Broadcasting to stay current on trends in multimedia production. And a member of the Adobe Creative Cloud, allowing access to updated production applications the day they come out.
