Cesar was the greatest DJ I have ever saw, this guy were not only the best, but the most professional guy I have ever seen. We hired DJ Rock-Cee for our company's employee appreciation Gala and were pleasantly surprised. He was reasonably priced which was great since we had a budget to stick to. We hired him to do some background music while we did our award presentations and then a little bit of dancing after dinner. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a minimum of two hours for events. Weddings are a minimum of 4 hours for a flat fee, with any additional hours past 4 billable at an additional cost per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Over the years we have learned that developing a relationship is the only way to effectively serve our clients' needs. As entertainers if we don't have a solid understanding of who our customers are and what their needs are there is no way we can deliver an exceptional experience. After our initial contact we prefer a telephone consultation(unless the customer prefers electronic communication only) and then we typically set up a face to face meeting where we can discuss all the details, sign the contract and make any necessary deposits. Depending on the type of function, information sheets may be provided to the client for completion if the event or function requires any hosting, specific music, timelines etc. A week prior to the function we like to reconfirm all details and allow the customer an opportunity make any necessary last minute changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In the entertainment business, experience is the best teacher. We have been in the industry for over 10 years working in a variety of fields such as radio, studio production, weddings and events that have exposed us to a kaleidoscope of clientele. We have operated in both the United States and overseas and have been able to embrace the demands of various cultures and backgrounds and reach audiences that we never imagined we would have been able to service in our lifetime.
