METHOD: We will access your staircase needs and goals after a quick call! You will be asked to provide details about what you’d like done, send over pictures and videos of how the staircase currently looks like and inspiration pictures of how you’d like it to look like after we’re done! We’ll also provide our professional guidance on which designs would better fit your home and what other improvements could be done to reach you dream staircase based on your preference and budget! Most remodel and repair jobs do not need an in person visit. Staircases are built upon a code and most materials have standard sizes. Your description of what needs to be done, the pictures of all areas that will be worked on, the quantities of materials needed and the inspiration picture of what will be installed should be enough for a precise quote. Our team offers free online quotes and will define if an in person visit is needed (usually only needed for new staircase installation in new construction). We’ll be happy to visit the home upon payment of a trip charge, if the customer insists on having a prior in person assessment. After all details needed were sent by you, please allow us up to 7 business days to send over the final quote for the project requested (even though most customers receive the quote within 3 business days). As a small business, we will always contact suppliers for competitive prices for materials needed and will depend on their response to gather your quote! We thank you in advance for the patience and leniency while you wait. Once we have your approval, we will send a contract to your email listing everything included in the project, information about both our company and the customer, scheduled date for the project and other details. You will be asked to revise the contract, sign it and send half of the project amount to secure your spot on our next available date. We will be there at the scheduled time to perform the job safely and efficiently! After the job is concluded, we will collect the feedback about your experience and the final results.
