We have been told from our clientele that our business differs from others as we coach our clients how to implement exercises with proper technique and form to benefit from the exercise movements they perform. We help our athletes to stay injury free to improve there overall athleticism to excel as an athlete. I am a certified ACSM personal trainer, USAW Sports Performance Coach, IYCA youth fitness specialist, IYCA nutrition specialist. As a life learner currently studying to obtain NASM Performance Enhancement Specialization certification. I began my journey as a fitness professional in 2007. I've trained a wide variety of clientele over the years as a fitness professional. Superior Performance Training specializes in: functional strength training, to build lean muscle mass, reduce body-fat for weight loss. We train beginners new to exercising, to advanced trainee, as well as sports performance training. Nutrition for sports performance and weight loss. We have been told by our clients that we show a genuine concern in helping them improve the quality of their health and achieving the results they hired us for. (Services offered) Personalized Training ($40 for 30 minutes & $65 for 60 minutes) Sports Performance Semi-Private (2 people) $45 per person Small Group (4-10 people) $45 per person Office, home and apartment gym training (We have equipment) Nutrition meal plans for weight loss and sport performance nutrition We currently provide training services for general population and athletes/teams for sports performance training at Dynamic Sports Performance. Helping clients to have more energy, reduce unwanted body-fat, and to functional move better. To hear that they are getting quality rest, off of all medication as well have educational them on the importance of nutrition and changing their eating habits. Changing there entire lifestyle to a fit active lifestyle. Helping athletes perform better within their sport, and staying injury free.

Most professional and knowledgeable trainer I've ever had. Harry trains myself and team members in my company at our gym and makes it convenient to also train in my home when unable to get to work....Working with a trainer and a nutritionist is a bonus! Harry is very good about explaining what you are doing and why....My kids have even had the opportunity to watch a work out and he was able to make fantastic suggestions for meal recovery from soccer for my "tween" daughter.....I was also very surprised once the word got out that our company was working with Harry to train, how many other professionals and companies were using him as well!!....Keeping bodies and minds healthy raises our production, lowers our sickness and injuries and is amazing for our positive mental attitude!!.....Harry is definitely the "best find" of 2014, and we are fortunate to start 2015 already in a fitness rhythm!!! I have trained with Harry off and on for approximately 5 years when my schedule allows. I have never trained with another trainer because Harry does a great job. Specifically, he listens to my personal goals, and is always educating himself to keep up with the industry and to make sure his clients receive the best product possible from him. One of the things that I believe sets Harry apart is that he trains the client to their standard and his, instead of training until time is up. There have been many instances where my 1 hour session has gone to 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes because that's how long it took to complete the workout Harry had scheduled for me that day. He does not shoo you out the door once time is up, he makes sure you get your money's worth out of your time with him, and he is willing to spend his time to make sure you achieve your goals. I would highly recommend Harry to anyone looking to get in shape and have a healthier life. He is as good with beginners as he is with bodybuilders. He is encouraging without ever making a person feel inadequate because he is genuinely interested in his clients' progress and works hard to help them achieve their personal goals, however big or small they may be.

I hired Harry to write me a nutrition plan. Though he is a trainer, I work on my own program at the gym and did not want to change that. He took the time to look into what I was doing, was supportive, added a few pointers and then wrote me a nutrition plan. The nutrition plan is great- been following it a little over a week and I've lost more weight than expected PLUS my workouts are stronger than ever AND I have gone from needing 3 cups of coffee and 2 caffeine pills in the morning to one small cup of coffee. That alone is priceless. Plus the absence of processed sugar helps make my skin look better. The plan is great- he gave me some meal ideas, plus the macros so I could customize it, as well as a list of foods.... good thru bad. It's a very sustainable program, a good mix of carbs, fats and proteins, so I'm not eating 3 weird shakes a day, no carbs and only fish or anything weird like that. I look forward to all of my meals. I've done a lot of diets... paleo,low fat, primal, vegan, vegetarian, atkins, South Beach on and on and none have left me feeling this energized with such immediate results. And it feels like a long term solution. Usually 1 week on a diet has me wanting to eat whatever I can't have, but I don't even want the junk right now. Definitely give Harry a shot if you need a nutrition plan. Though I did not use him for training, he took the time to understand what I was doing, had respect for it and encouraged me to keep it up versus trying to sell me training. Going to bet he knows his stuff in the gym as well.

I met Harry about 3 years ago when I was diligently searching for a personal trainer. I wanted a trainer that would always listen to my goals, inspire and motivate me. I wanted a trainer that was passionate, committed, and dedicated to their clients and helping them to achieve their goals. Harry is all of them. He introduced me to healthier eating which helped me to focus on my goals. Being consistent with great quality training sessions and nutritional plans/healthier eating, I quickly saw results! I am grateful for having a well rounded trainer that is passionate about achieving a healthy, toned, strong, and natural body!
