Darryl Graham is one of the most well-spoken and intelligent individuals and weight lifting enthusiasts/trainers I've ever encountered. I had the pleasure of training with him and discussing the variations of movement patterns for targeting specific muscle groups and sparking growth/development in the desired area. His approach is a logical one; from resistance band for ROM improvement, to variations of the same exercise to target more specific portions of movements (ROM), Darryl is familiar with it all and was always happy to share his knowledge. Darryl watches and listens to you. He trains specifically for the individual. When you are performing the exercise he watches and makes adjustments accordingly. In one year I have met with numerous trainers at LA Fitness and Darryl is the best they have every had. I hope LA Fitness does all that is needed to keep him.

    began to pick up weights in my freshman year of college. having paired consistent weight lifting with sufficient food intake (mostly protein) during my first college semester, the results were evident: increases in strength, increases in muscle size, and greater aerobic capabilities

    many, from all walks of life: athletes (football, basketball, soccer), older adults (50+), younger adults (20-35), teenagers (13-19), men & women whom desired intense workouts with limited time (weekend warriors).
