I am someone who has always struggled with my weight and finally decided I could not do it on my own. After hearing about Franz from a mutual friend I decided to give it a try. I was not someone who liked to workout in front of people so when Franz said he could train me at my home I was stoked. I was a little intimated at first because I was nervous, but after a few minutes I was pumped. He helped me work out my trouble areas on my stomach and thighs. His workout was so fun that by the time my session was over I did not realize work I had accomplished. He's a great motivator and pushed me to my full potential. I would suggest him for anyone especially for anyone who has worked out before.

A few months back I told Franz that I picked up smoking and since I'm no longer competing as an athlete, who cares if I can run a mile? It was hard to find motivation to push myself. A week later Franz put me on to Obstacle Course Racing or Mud Runs. We picked one about 90 days out and he sends me workout tips to keep in mind while I'm traveling. I snapchat the exercises that he recommends to him and he gives me feedback. I'm not in the best shape of my life but I have found motivation to push for that extra rep, push for that extra minute with the jump rope and to push pass my competitors in my upcoming Bone Frog Challenge in Lakeland FL 12MAR16. It'll be fun... #NastyNomad

Great workout I was motivated throughout the entire session and woke up feeling sore the next couple days. Really helped me get past my plateau. Very knowledgeable and always a different workout.

Great personal trainer! He has so much knowledge about fitness and how muscles work. I have knee problems and he knows how to work around that. Always has new workouts to keep me on my toes.
