I was in an accident a few years ago and I am partially paralyzed from the waist down with limited motion in my arms and fingers. I was going to PT every week but didn't feel like I was being pushed hard enough. I tried extra things by myself but I just gave up. I found Mike and he has helped me gain muscles in my upper body and my legs. I am able to use a walker to walk for a limited distance now and able to lift and grip things much better now. I got Mike to help me lose weight. I'm still a work in progress. I can look down for the first time in a very long time and see my feet. My health was getting bad and the doctors told me I needed to lose weight or I would have to take medications for the rest of my life. I got a trainer at the gym close to me but they couldn't get me results like I wanted. I found Mike and he has been kicking my rear. Still got weight to lose but in 3 months I'm down 56 lbs. I have been working on and off with Mike for about a year. I hired him and only got a month worth of working out before I had to quit because of family issues. He sent me a refund when I explained to him the situation. After a few months I contacted him again and he agreed to work with me. He helped me lose over 90 lbs. I was tired of being overweight and after my mom died it was a wake up call. He helped me workout and helped me with what I was suppose to eat. He is the whole reason I am what I am today. I have been working with Mike on and off for a few years when I need help prepping for a show. I travel a lot for work so he keeps me in-check through Skype and tracks my meals on myfitnesspal. Under his guidance I have place first in 2 shows and top 5 in the other shows I have done. He knows he stuff and will kick your behind. I just recently had him work with my wife on toning he body after having a baby since she wont listen to me and results have been good so far. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My current rate is $40 per session but discounted through my package deals; 10 sessions ($35) $350 +1 free, 15 sessions ($30) +2 free $450, 30 sessions ($25) +3 free $750. Refund policy: No refunds for package deals unless moving or loss of job. Quitting is not an excuse!!
