Introduction: I've been practicing the beautiful Eight Treasures Qigong for over 20 years and have a style of linking movements for ease in learning. My cueing and love of the practice allows enjoyment for even very green grasshoppers (beginners).
Tai Chi for Arthritis is so beneficial in learning balance and shifting weight - and this carries over to everyday life.
I am also a Level 4 Essentrics instructor, a rebalancing full body workout for lengthening and strengthening the body.

I love Suuz. I have been taking Qigong with her about 2 months now and I love it! She is a great teacher and she is wonderful at personalizing the classes to fit each one of her students fitness levels. She has great class schedules and the worlds cutest studio in the heart of South End. Since, I have been working with her I have become more relaxed and calm. I highly recommended!

My experience was great! I thought at the time that I might pass out from the workout but the benefits for my chronic back pain afterwards lasted weeks! I'm so lucky to know Suuz :)

Suuz Moves has a great product at a great value. The website is super convenient allowing you to sign-up and pay for classes. Finally, Suuz is a great instructor that goes the extra mile and shares her enthusiasm with you.
