Not yet but im considering getting certification in event planning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Now thats a funny story. But ill keep it short and sweet. I was literally at my wits end and everything was going wrong from my kids to my job to even my refrigerator breaking down. We were using coolers to try and save the little food we had until we could at least fix our broken fridge. We went to a store for a part for the fridge mind you I wasnt interested in even looking for anything at that point. I was so frustrated and I had been asking God what He wanted me to do? It just so happened to be a book in the aisle of the store I was in that sparked my creativity and I said to myself really all this time people have been doing this? The book combined food and art, my passions and cost $15 that we didnt have but my hubby got it for me anyway. Thank God for broken refrigerators because if it hadnt broke, I would probably have never found my passion.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly desserts which are my favorites but I also make food. They tell me their ideas and together we go from there.
