I scheduled to have someone come out for an estimate at 5. I rushed home from work to make the appointment. At 5:30 no one had shown up. I called the company who reached out to the estimator, Chris. Chris then called and let me know that he decided to come out earlier and had already took measurements of my home around 2:30. He then proceeded to give me the estimate for gutters and guards for my 2,200 sq ft home. His estimate was $16,895. BUT they were having a discount of 20% and he’d throw in another 20% if I hurried up and scheduled before the end of the night. Total $9,023. This price is ridiculous for gutters and as a woman I do not appreciate trying to be taken advantage of.

Elizah, this is not at all how we do business, nor how we want to be represented. This was 100% a misstep on our end. As we said on our phone call with you today, we have parted ways with the estimator and manager who allowed this to happen. It has all been handled internally, as they are not a representation of how we do business. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we were able to take the steps to correct this, and hope you can accept our apology for this situation.

They were prompt for the estimate and installation appointments. They corrected some serious gutter issues I was having and installed new gutters and guards. I chose them after researching several gutter cover options because they had the most efficient system. They also have an amazing warranty!
