We had a leaking gutter in the back of our house. Water off the roof was dripping behind the gutter and water was coming directly on our patio rather than staying in the gutter and going down the downspout. I contacted several contractors listed on Thumbtack but only after calling a company that my neighbor was very happy with repairing his roof. I sent photos of what was happening. They said I needed a landscaper. I then called a company that specialized in gutter repairs. After playing some phone tag the owner came to inspect my problem. Without even climbing up a ladder to take a look, he told me I needed to replace all of the gutters because they were too small for the pitch of the roof. Estimated cost $2300. I then called CrawlspaceXperts. They were actually working several miles away from me and offered to come over and look at my gutter. They carried a ladder to my back yard without even seeing if they needed one. Sean identified the problem and repaired it within 30 minutes. The next day it rained and there was still some minor leaking. They came right over and fixed the spot that was leaking. Their communications were excellent. Their punctuality was great. Their prices were very fair. I highly recommend CrawlspaceXperts.
