Gregg and his partner came out to my house to check out some water damage that I have on my kitchen ceiling. From his initial call he was very professional, understanding, and informative. We scheduled an appointment over the phone and he and his partner arrived right on time. They looked at my damages and gave clear description and set expectations for how we should proceed. Gregg was an amazing professional in completing my power washing request. Even though I was across the country, he communicated every day via email, and included pictures of his work. When mother nature did not cooperate (rain for 4 days straight), he made sure to go the extra mile and provide a discount on the service for the inconvenience, even though it was through no fault of his own.

Gregg power washed my house for me and did an excellent job. I have a two-story home and he cleaned it from top to bottom. Even though he ran into bad weather one day, he promptly came out the next and completed the job. Payment was not due until he finished and I was satisfied with the work. Talk about standing behind your work!
