The project was replacing some rotted wood siding on my townhouse and painting to blend with existing conditions. John was great to work with - kept the job on budget and finished as promised. In John I found a handyman for future projects!

Hired Mr. Brazzell to remove wallpaper from 2 rooms and paint the walls using the knock down texture method. Mr. Brazzell repeatedly rescheduled and eventually stopped returning calls. Ultimately we had to hire another contractor because Mr. Brazzell never completed the job that he was hired for. Thankfully we only paid him a small deposit. I understand that things happen but being a reliable and dependable service provider is extremely important to maintaining customer satisfaction and needless to say we were extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service that we received.
