Andre mounted a 40" tv in our guest room. He was very responsive and professional from the time I initiated contact with him. Andre was on time and quick, while delivering excellent customer service! Our newly mounted tv gives our guest room a new look. My husband and I plan on spending time in there now ourselves. Had to cancel job as contractor doing my remodeling went ahead and installed TV wall mount. When I called Andrea at AMS Audio to let him know and to offer to pay for the TV mount that he had purchased for my install, he said that that was not necessary and that he understood my situation. He had every right to be upset in my cancelling and requesting payment for the TV wall mount, but Andrea was very professional and considerate in his response.
