They no-showed for the scheduled appointment! One draw-back is that when you schedule using their web-site you have to pay in advance. I NEVER pay for services in advance but, I did because the owner sounded like a pretty straight up guy when I talked to him on the phone. But repeated attempts at trying to get a call back, e-mail or some kind of response have just simply gone unanswered. Not even a "sorry about that, let's re-schedule". It makes me wonder if this is some kind of scam. I would steer away from this company. There's way too many hard-working, honest people out there who will bust their hump for you to waste your time on someone who won't show up or respond.Jan 1, 2016VerifiedSweet Home O.'s reply

This group did some awesome work on an older home that was previously rented. Joe steam cleaned what had to be the dirtiest oven on the planet. Really loved their work and will use them again.Dec 29, 2015Verified
