We had an awesome experience with Fred and his team. They are very professional, communicative and offer great customer service. We are first-time homebuyers, and he helped us walk through the pros and cons of our projects on pretty long calls I must mention, which was very appreciated. He helped us pick our paint colors and helped us feel confident in our decisions. His team was very detailed and took very good care of our home. They painted our whole interior as well as our cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a walkthrough at the end, and they fixed every detail we pointed out. I will be using them again and highly recommend you do as well. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We normally price our jobs by the square footage, ceiling heigth, along with the amount of angles that are involved. There are also other factors such as wall patching, priming, not to mention things like wallpaper removal and etc. However, we have been doing this for so long so no need to take up the homeowners time by manually measuring every room. During the walk through we capture a visual of each area and then formulate a quote that the customer will receive within 24-48hrs of the free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We provide a general quote on Thumbtack based on the request they submitted. Then we schedule a free on site consultation so we can put an eye on the project and better understand their goals and expectations. We then submit a accurate proposal within 24-48hrs. Once we are awarded the project, our companies standardized agreement is sent to the customer so they can review the terms and electronically sign. At that point their requested start date or next available start date is locked in on our company calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I am constantly reading up on ways to improve our services, along with educating myself on environmentally friendly products that can be used during the process.
