- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and transparent. We charge based on load size, labor, and distance. There are no surprise fees—we go over everything before the job starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick phone call or message to understand the job. I’ll provide a free estimate, usually same-day. Once the quote is approved, we schedule the haul, show up on time, and get it done efficiently. I always follow up to make sure you’re satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), which allows me to safely operate heavy-duty vehicles and trailers. I’ve completed defensive driving training, safety courses for loading and transporting, and I stay up to date on DOT regulations and equipment maintenance.
