He was quick to reply, professional on the phone, inexpensive & available on a Sunday. Unfortunately, I can't speak for his work because it appeared to be a rough day for him. After much back & forth & the headache of rearranging my schedule twice to wait for him, he showed up several hours late & then wanted to increase the price. I would probably not have minded paying him extra had he not wasted my whole day. I had even offered to reschedule after he had been delayed the second time, but he then said he was on the way & could be there in about 20 mins...it was an additional hour & a half later before he actually arrived. I called someone else. He seemed really nice but this was a very unpleasant experience for me.
