I had the opportunity to renew my CPR certification through my employer but I decided to attend the class offered by Premier. It was a wonderful experience. Sheryl is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend her not only to my pharmacist colleagues but to anyone looking to learn the most up to date best practices in CPR and first aid. My CPR trainer, Sheryl Jacoppo, was amazing. She spent a great deal of time with me answering every question and ensuring that I felt comfortable with every step in the process. She was very professional and thorough. Great Experience with Premier Training and Thumbtack and especially Sheryl!Jan 15, 2017VerifiedSheryl J.'s reply
You are so sweet Patty, Thank you very much! I am so happy that I could make you feel so comfortable with the process. I wanted to ensure that you have what you need to be comfortable if the time ever comes that you will need to use the tools and techniques. I hope to see you in two years! Thanks again Sheryl

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All our trainers have been trained and certified through NC by PPSB as unarmed/armed officer trainers. We also have trainers that are certified to teach Carry conceal classes, shotgun/rifle qualified,NRA certified, armed certified and SC SLED trained. There are 2 instructors trained to teach lifesaving skills through both American Heart Association and American Red Cross.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always enjoyed helping others, so it just seemed natural to take the next step of becoming a certified trainer.
