FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading leadership literature and attend facilitation workshops to stay sharp. I am also working on my Masters in Organization Development at Queens University of Charlotte. My "continuing education" is never ending!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with the National Student Leadership Conference all through my undergraduate work and fell in love with leadership development. I found that both individual and group coaching highlighted my skills and made me feel alive at the same time. I launched my life coaching practice as I entered graduate school and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My primary work is in providing life coaching to individuals. Relationship coaching often falls into this and on occasion I will coach couples. I am not a licensed marriage counselor, yet coaching for couples can be incredibly effective. I also facilitate leadership development workshops for groups from youth conferences to small businesses.
