Swedish massage (standard),
Deep tissue massage,
Cynthia was great! She knows what she is doing and is very attentive to your needs. I'll definitely be back to her for massages in the future.Dec 14, 2019Verified
Cynthia has such a unique style and approach. The massage is best described as very fluid with perfect pressure. She incorporates several different styles and you can feel the energy of her passion for what she does. It was so relaxing and grounding for me. I would recommend her at the highest level to anyone in search of a truly high energy and positive professional. Thank you Cynthia!Nov 11, 2019Verified
The overall quality of the massage session was good. However, I was not blown away and have experienced more in depth massage featuring either aromatherapy, isolated stretching movements and or cupping for a better value. None of those were included in the massage.Feb 8, 2020VerifiedCynthia Douglas's reply
Hi Edsmond, I am disappointed to hear that! I can happily point you in the direction of a therapist that is qualified in cupping and/or one that can give you the more in depth stretches you are looking for. On the other hand, it is an up charge for full body aromatherapy. I just give a little hint of aroma for every session because, why not!
She’s uses flowing long strokes with consistent pressure throughout a 90 minute massage. Very talented and intuitive. Always connected. Clearly understands her craft.Nov 21, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is based on the fact that your session is customized to exactly what you need. I find it hard to charge extra for something like deep tissue because for me I know I need a variety of pressures when I get a massage. My price reflects my amount of care for my clients, my skills, and my energy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? After becoming a LMBT, I worked the majority of my career along side a chiropractor, as well as being an independent contractor of a spa company that provided massage therapy for Coastal Carolina University Athletics. With that being said, my strengths are in deep tissue, sports, and medical massage with ample stretching.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started doing massage therapy after realizing going to college for exercise science wasn’t the right fit for me. I knew I wanted to start healing others asap! Becoming a massage therapist was certainly one of the best life decisions I have ever made.
