- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent upfront, we don’t have any hidden fees, our truck is included with the rate also assembling and disassemble if needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the costumer reach out to us we will start asking them about their project all the necessary questions to provide the best quote as possible and after that if the client agrees we will get their information to book the service and send them an email confirmation with all the details such as date, time, etc…
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We had partnered with another moving company in the past for over 8 years and we have all the experience necessary to move your a costumer without damaging walls or furniture
