- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL RATES IN RED ARE BASED ON AUTO BILLING WITH CREDIT CARD ON FILE *30 minute weekly lesson except where otherwise specified Monthly Block of lessons $130.00 *benefit, doesn’t have a financial penalty for cancellation although we do request notice so the billing will be discontinued for the following month. Doesn’t charge for 5th week in months that have 5. Average Per lesson cost $30.00 (12 months/4.333). NON-Autobilled $135.00 per month Quarterly Block of lessons $118.00 per month x 3 months *benefit, allows 1 extra lesson per quarter OR a free vacation day (based on months with 5 weeks). Doesn’t have a financial penalty for cancellation after 3rd month although we do request notice, so the billing will be discontinued for the fourth month. Average Per lesson cost $27.23 (118x3=354 354/13 weeks) Non Autobilled $128.00 per month Semester Block of lessons $115.00 per month x 6 months *benefit, allows 2 extra lesson per semester OR two free vacation days. (based on months with 5 weeks) Doesn’t have a financial penalty for cancellation after 6th month although we do request notice, so the billing will be discontinued for the seventh month. Average Per Lesson cost $26.53 (115x6=690 690/26 weeks) Non Autobilled $125.00 per month The following rates are for Students taking 2 lessons (Or 1 hour) per month or families with 2 students in the program. Monthly Block of lessons $240.00 2 students, 2 Lessons or 1 student for 1 hour weekly Quarterly Block of lessons $218.00 per month x 3 months Semester Block of lessons $208.00 per month x 6 months OTHER SERVICES Band with a lesson plan above $85.00/month Band without a lesson plan $100.00/month Group Lessons *Schedules and Notices Posted in building and on Facebook pages when available/Prices vary on the skill level of group and instructor. Single Lesson/pay/book by the week lessons $35.00 each * *Single Lessons are no obligation, must book each week in advance ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ If you are on Autopay rate and we are unable to bill your card, you will be billed at the Non-auto bill rate until resolved. Make Up lessons for cancellations by the student are not permitted. If the student will miss a lesson, they should obtain practice information from the instructor as soon as possible. Preemptive reschedules are permitted where the time slots are available with the instructor at the instructor’s discretion. Price per lesson averages based on full attendance and no holidays in the schedule. All Lesson blocks are renewed and kept on the schedule until cancellation notification is received Summer Camps Week Long Performance Band (5 days) in June $195.00 Week Long Performance Band (10 days). Camp offered in July and August $395.00 Week Group Guitar Camp (If participation enrollment is sufficient) $175.00 *All camp hours are 10 am till 3 pm – Monday -Friday *Camp Dates on website by February 15th, First camp date subject to change based on Public School extensions for bad weather, etc. *After camp hours available with an additional cost of 50.00 per week 1 Week camps include a performance on Saturday after camp at 12 Noon. 2 Week camps include a performance on the final Friday of Camp at 1 pm. OUR LESSON HOURS ARE 3-9 pm Monday - Thursday 10-3 on Saturday
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a full 30 minute or sixty minute lesson as a trial at no obligation with any instructor for half price. Call or email the school anytime to schedule your lesson during our regular hours. You can also do a free "meet and greet" with the instructors based on their availability.

The best source to learn about us is through our web site and our social media networks. Our instructors all have a solid resume in their area of expertise. Several of them possess college degrees from world class music schools, while others have gained their knowledge from real world experience and training.
