I destroyed my laptop with some almond milk and needed my data recovered, although Apple had previously told me it was probably hopeless. Mark was on time and (although he could not save my data) did try for about an hour and explained why it couldn't work. He then gave me advice on what to do with my now wrecked laptop, including going through the hardware and showing me what still worked and where the problems were. I appreciate his effort and advice, even if the data could not be saved.
