- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 hour for regular events (house party, family reunions, proms) and weddings/corporate events are booked at $100 hour. Any concerts are negotiable and if there is over a 30 mile travel distance a $50 travel fee will be assessed in addition to hotel room costs for that evening. For this cost you will receive 1 or more DJ's services based on what you decide in relation to time, sound equipment for the event, DJ equipment and mixer, 1 cordless microphone. any other items needed can be added for an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to make sure that I provide great service by first knowing when, where, what the event is, how do I perform exactly what the customer wants or has in mind for their event flow. So in essence I would get to know what the job is and what ambiance they are trying to achieve at their event and executing the plan that we agree to.
