Matthew, I am really sorry that I will not be working your event this weekend. I really wish you had kept me in the loop like I had asked you for in the very beginning. When you told me you wanted to hire me for your event I I took it very seriously and turned down 4 parties after you had contacted me . I had asked you several times to call me and you never did . i take pride in my work and of you had called me like I had asked you several times I would have as I said given you complimentary FRUIT GARNISHES AND MIXERS AND worked with you on price , again you never contacted me after I asked you several times. It was really a huge Disappointment after jumping through hoops for you giving you REFERENCES that you did not call and only to wake up and find you went another direction. After you contacted me about my SERVICES , I had 4 people want to hire me and I told them I was booked. So I am sorry that you decided to go another way. In the heat of the moment I was short with you and I am sincerely sorry for that . All I can say is think about if I did that to you . Put yourself in my place if I told you I wanted to hire you and then left hanging and then tell you I went with someone else after you had turned down other work , you would be upset as well. I hope you have a great turn out and your event is amazing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down speak with them at great length on the phone and then schedule a meeting in person. I NEED A DATE ALWAYS ON ANYTHING THAT I AM SENT FOR A QUOTE BEFORE ACCEPTING THE EVENT !!!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work back in 1992 working with Country Clubs and Catering Companies and I loved it .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a Pro , i would recommend that you find out if they as re Insured and have great references to follow and see if they have photos to view of their work. .
