- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get the gist of what our customers are looking for. We always want to accommodate all the needs expressed by out clients. Once we have make contact with yo via thumbtack we will add you into our system, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire so we can get a really good grasp on exactly what you need, we will then send a proposal and ofcouse this leads into us working together to get your proposal just right.... Then we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team collectively holds several associates and batchlors degrees in culinary arts and full service as well as over 50 years of combined food service over many different types of service from private personal cheffing, to catering, institutional catering services as well as large catering service and corporate catering, cooking class for groups and individuals as well as we have a focus in special dietary needs. We also love very personal bespoke dinner parties. We love to make sure there is something for everyone to eat when they have a seat at our table.
