Working with Mr. Reeves has been great he helped me find my inner strength. I was crushed between two cars and I physically can not run. He tailored my workouts to my abilities while still pushing me to achieve move. Thanks to his belief in me I was able to take and pass my Army Physical Fitness test after not taking one in 3 1/2 years.

Reliable, flexible and results-driven. Knows his stuff, upbeat with a positive mindset and fun to workout with....all the things you want in a good trainer. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Antwon along with being stronger, more fit and better looking!

Before anything we would conduct a free consultation covering the 5w's (who, what, when, where and why). If we are of one mind at the conclusion of the consultation, we will proceed forward in changing your life.
