- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with you first for a FREE initial consultation and assessment. This gives both of us an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about one another. During this process we will take both your body fat measurements to use as a starting point, as well as assess your level of fitness to develop and modify your program specific to your needs and goals to best maximize your results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are up to date with their certifications and have 30+ years of experience in the field. Their versatility and experience allows them to modify programs on an as needed basis daily for each person's abilities and fitness levels. This service is unsurpassed within our community.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide Private, Semi Private personal training services, as well as nutritional coaching and supplements.
