Initially, I wanted Terry to just help me lost weight because it had gotten out of control for me. Terry has helped me understand what overall health means. He has developed customized meal plans as well as customized workout plans that not only help me lose weight but become healthier. I could not recommend him more highly to anyone that is seeking a personal trainer.

My daughter and I signed up with with Terry at HBF in late December of last year. I've been on my meal plan going into 3 weeks and I can already tell a difference and see that I've lost inches in my waist. I don't think of the meal plan as a diet and I actually enjoy the food. Terry has been instrumental in his dedication in seeing me succeed. The personal training that I'm receiving is top notch and I look coward to the results.

I will start by commending Terry Davis of Hard Body Fitness on his quick response to my initial inquiry about personal training. First impressions are lasting impressions and Terry and Vinson Smith have made a great impression on me. After speaking with Terry on the phone, I knew that I wanted to be a part of the Hard Body Fitness PTG Family! Their energy and passion is genuine and contagious! When they tell you that they are glad to see you walk in their gym, they mean it. I have no doubt that they are grateful for the opportunity to help me along my journey to a healthier lifestyle. Everyone I encountered in the gym, from trainers to clients, was warm and welcoming! Fair pricing, professionalism, honesty, hard work ethic and a sincere desire to positively impact the lives of those of us struggling to live happier, healthier lives definitely makes these guys a cut above the rest!

I’ve had 2 sessions with Terry so far, and I’m really pleased (although my muscles are screaming - but that’s what I signed on for, right?) He has a kind disposition, is knowledgeable, and his gym has good energy. People seem passionate about fitness, and Terry has handled my service with personal attention - really listening to me about my goals and preferences. I’m super impressed so far.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I used to weigh over 300lbs and had to take insulin shots, daily, to control my diabetes. My mother's, brother's and sisters all died due to diabetes and heart disease (due to poor eating habits and lack of physical activity). I made the decision to make a lifestyle change and lost over 100lbs. I no longer need to take insulin and I developed a passion to help others achieve their health and fitness goals as well.
