I am a certified trainer, nutritionist and martial arts instructor, with over 28 years of martial arts experience.
I have trained security teams, body guards, law enforcement and military personnel, and competed in MMA, Muay Thai kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and submission wrestling.
I am an owner of multiple championships, and have been competing for over 13 years. I have over 17 years of experience as a bouncer, and over 11 years of experience as a bodyguard. I have been teaching the arts for over 12 years.
I have over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and over 11 years of experience in nutrition. I have trained professional, amateur, college and high school athletes as well as the average person wanting to lose weight, pack on muscle, and get in shape.
I have trained clients that were going through rehabilitation, as well as clients that have been diagnosed with medical issues which made it difficult for them to workout and or lose weight. In spite of those circumstances, I have yet to have a client that did not receive positive results from training with me.
