The reason why I'm accepting 2 more people is because I want to focus on a small group to give them my attention and help them achieve their fitness goals. Also please reach out if you are SERIOUS about your fitness goals READY to make a CHANGE! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Hey There! My name is Nick and I have been active my whole life and played sports growing up. I have my Bachelors Degree in Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University. I have over 12 years of experience in training, working out, lifting and just being active overall! Now I know what you are thinking... You are probably thinking why you should hire a personal trainer when there are so many workout videos on YouTube or online workout programs through google... Maybe you thought about joining a gym or already have a gym membership for $20- 50 per month... that is the taking steps in the right direction but ask yourself how many times per week do you get your work outs in? Do you find yourself going to the gym and feeling lost and not know what kind of workouts to do? Maybe going on the treadmill for 20-30 mins and then just doing arm curls but feel lost? Can those videos tell you if you form is correct or give you direct feedback if you are executing a exercise movement correctly? Does that info give you structure and and a plan that has been designed specifically for your fitness goals, your body type, etc...? Will it speak directly to you to tell you to continue to push and drive when you are tired and feel liking quitting halfway through the workout? You can spend HOURS doing the "research" or going to the gym just to feel physically frustrated and mentally exhausted and to find yourself at square one and not have a plan laid out for you with 0 results. I know how you feel because I've been there and so have a lot of other people. Similar to anything in life everyone needs a teacher, coach, trainer or instructor to inform, educate, demonstrate and to make sure that you are doing things correctly and in a safe manner. To give you motivation to push and keep going when you want to give up or quit after 2-3 sets or exercises... To inspire you to do more... to speed up the process for you... and why not do that for your health and fitness goals? At work, didn't you receive training from someone who was more knowledgeable in that field? When you were learning a sport or an instrument, didn't you have a coach or teacher to help you with that? Same thing goes with personal training! It's not necessarily the lack of knowledge that you have because frankly we all know that exercising and working out improves our health, lowers health risks, increases strength and just overall good for us... but if we all know that... then why aren't we all doing that and all in great shape? ๐Ÿ“ˆ YOU NEED A ROADMAP! THE MOTIVATION TO DO IT! THAT IS WHERE I COME IN! I love personal training because it feels great to help people feel better, meet their fitness goals and enhance their quality of life. The most rewarding feeling is when I see people achieving their health and fitness goals! My aim in life is to help people however possible and spread happiness and health. Not only that but, I also have knowledge in various healthy foods, diets and also nutrition education! Nutrition and exercising go hand in hand with a healthier lifestyle and how you feel/mood. Why do I personal train? Honestly, it's as simple as the fact that I like people and like helping transform their lives as best I can. Its a partnership between both you and I. Everyone needs a little inspiration, guidance and motivation. That's where I come in to coach and train to become a better version you! What ever health/fitness goal you are trying to achieve... lose 40 lbs, gain muscle, get tone, have more energy, increase flexibility, feel more youthful, maintain overall health... I loved working with Nick! He is friendly yet motivating and he really listened to some of the health risks i had and was able to design a workout plan/nutrition plan as well over the phone! For the value he gives, his Personal Training services is incredible for what you get. I like Nick a lot and I will continue working with him because I know he will help me achieve my health and fitness goals. Highly recommend him!

Iโ€™ve only been working out with Nick for a week and so far I have enjoyed every session with him. We have been working out over video zoom... Heโ€™s been very clear of what and how to do different exercises. Heโ€™s even went as far as to tell me what to protein shakes to drink and good things to eat. Iโ€™m a beginner and look forward to working with Nick for a long period of time. I highly recommend him!๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We'll text or have a chat over the phone about what your current health/fitness goals are and talk about exercises. Typical workouts are through online/virtual through Zoom or In Person training at a local gym. I will instruct you what workout we will be doing for the day and we will complete the workout together and i watch over your form and exercises. Please talk to me about meeting me at my local gym or meeting you at your home/apt for a workout.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Bachelors in Health Education and Promotion. Currently working on my PT Cert but have the 10 years of experience of training, working out, sports, nutrition to back that up.
