Derrick is great. He is always on time, if not early, to every session. He is very flexible and tries to be accommodating. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly, fun, and caring. He will work you hard but not too hard. He truly cares and is a good listener. He loves what he does and always strives to help his clients meet their goals. His sessions are affordable. Derrick was great and motivated me. I usually don't like personal trainers because they can be over being aggressive and insensitive however he was not he did push me but he didn't overdo it but he just wanted me to know that I could do it. Even when we were at doing any one-on-one personal training if I have questions on any of the exercises or the machines do you would have time aside to explain everything to me.Oct 23, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer discounted packages that include daily text/email support along with our weekly workout plan designed for you. For example, weekly at home or gym workouts for you to perform at your own pace and if any questions I am very quick to respond.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I learn your fitness goals, we will go through a series of exercises while I explain the muscle the exercise is targeting. My goal is to get my clients to become comfortable performing each exercise on their own. I am very patient explaining and moving at a comfortable pace so you will understand the end goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been training individuals for a few years, whether it be to get stronger, lose weight, or gain endurance. My personal training certification is through WITS, where I had to take on a written AND practical exams which puts me ahead of the online certifications because of the hands on training.
