Since I do not have the overhead of big companies (such as office buildings and large management teams), I can provide a discounted rate to sellers while still offering the same full-service listing and marketing that the big companies offer. I am very active in the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, and I am well respected by my peers. I have also been appointed to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Coalition for Housing by the Charlotte City Council. I chair the Housing Opportunity Foundation, which is the charitable 501(c)(3) arm of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, and I volunteer at the YWCA Central Carolinas and the Urban Ministry Center's Moore Place. Both the YWCA and Moore Place provide housing for formerly homeless individuals.
