Introduction: As a property manager, I provide general administration of the property and perform all related management functions.
My essential duties include the following:
* Maintain all accounting on the property including collecting and posting rent; financial and leasing reports, month end, pre-close, and bank deposits; and ensuring a balanced rent roll
* Collect delinquent account balances and service balance due notices for current and past residents in a timely manner
* Send balances to collection companies as needed
* Responsible for all leasing consultant duties, including, but not limited to, leasing of apartments and all follow-up and applicable paperwork
* Process evictions including serving notices, attending court hearings and processing all required paperwork
