I am new to NC and not sure how the home buying proses worked.I just so happen to contacte ms.Braun let me say this she was amazing though the hole proses she is very informative.I was able to text or get her on the phone rite away.when it came down to nigotiating she really knows her job. My husband was getting a job transfer from NY to Charlotte, NC so we met with Dina one weekend to go over the details of what we were looking for in a home. We found her very knowledgeable, and informative as she presented our options, including the homes available and the details about each town. We were looking for a spot to land that felt just right for our family and she was responsive to our list of wants in a home and neighborhood. She was friendly and warm which was a pleasant surprise as we had already been nervous about the thought of uprooting our entire family to another state. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First a phone conversation and then I like to meet for coffee to get an idea of what they are looking for in an agent, what they are looking for in a property, what their goals are and how I can help them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?YES, we need to take continuing education every year. I am always trying to stay updated outside the classroom as well. There is really so much more to real estate then most people would think.
