- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual tax returns $300 includes 1 federal and 1 state return, e-filed for the current year. Business tax returns from $350 depending on the complexity of the return. All new clients receive $50 off. Also, all new clients, with an accepted IRS return, will receive a 3 Days/ 2 Nights vacation hotel stay for 2 at over 40 locations to choose from in the US. Current clients that refer new clients will also receive the vacation when their referral's taxes are accepted. Current clients that have 3 or more qualified referrals will be able to choose 1 vacation from 4 choices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All documentation is attached to your free client portal and sent back to your preparer. There is typically a 20-minute consultation. The client will be contacted by email after the return is completed to explain the results of the return. If not applying for a refund advance, the return is to be paid for before being sent for the taxpayer(s) signature. The client then reviews and verifies the return. If there are any questions I may have while completing the return, the client will be contacted by email or notified by text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an accountant, I have an MBA, and I also have an MS in Public Accounting. My staff has various experiences as an accountant and certified tax preparers. Together we have over 50 years of experience.
