Tile Installation and Replacement

After looking at reviews we decided to go with Anthony on our first ever tile job for backsplash in our kitchen. He was maybe 10 minutes late but unlike some "professionals", he let me know 30 minutes prior to appointment he had to make a quick stop at Lowe's. I have had people come to my house to do work, late up to 30 minutes and arrive like they were on time #smh. He gave me an estimate how long it will take so I could plan my day and finished 2 hours sooner. I am currently trying to figure out what else I can tile so I can call him back.

Tile Installation and Replacement

Andre makes a super quality granite countertop, His prices are very fair, I don’t think you can beat his price! Make sure you understand what he does with existing plumbing when he has to install the countertop so you’re not uninformed… He is definitely an excellent craftsman! Highly recommend!

Tile Installation and Replacement

Anthony tile work is amazing. He instilled 3 x 12 tile in a herringbone pattern in my kitchen that looks stunning. Additionally he had good communication, showed up on time and had very competitive prices. When I am in need of tile work in the future I will def reach out to him again.

Tile Installation and Replacement

Anthony did an incredible job at my home renovation! He tiled two bathrooms, 2 bathroom backsplashes, and 1 kitchen backsplash. He showed up when he said he would, and completed the job on time. He was experienced, responsive, helpful in the selecting of materials- everything you need in a prime tile expert! I'll be telling anyone I know in need of tile work to work with "The Tile Specialist"

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

customer needs to know about my prices is based on 3 things what type of material will be used In the job for example porcelain and ceramic will be much less than marble or slate or travertine also the location of the tile beeing set wether its a floor or a kitchen backsplash or a fireplace or even a tub surround its according to how hard its going to be and last I consider how far I would travel for the amount of work I wont over charge eather for something small to make it worth it I would just not give a quote

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I understand the fact that every customer has a budget and I always try and work with them on a reasonable price for quality is more important to me

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 6 years training and still going at it when I started setting tile we were working for a company named bonterra builders doing spec homes in the charlotte and surrounding areas ive had extensive and repetitive training with all types of tile also ive had training from a person who has been in the business 20 + years so mentally tile is not as hard as it was in the beginning and I have a good vision for it that's why I stuck to it
