Andy was great. He exterminated our 3 family house for mice. He came as scheduled, prepared and knowledgeable. My husband was home and Andy took him around showing where the mice activity was, what to look out for and how the bait and traps worked. Finally he supplied us with a detailed report of our situation and made some further recommendations. I would rehire Andy in a second.

I used General Pest Co. for squirrel removal. The Mother squirrel made a nest in the ceiling of my bathroom and they entered from an exhaust vent. We knew there was a squirrel going in and out of the vent, but did not realize she made babies in there. I removed the exhaust fan and started vacuuming the area. I sprayed some insecticide in the area and suddenly heard the young squirrels. They sounded like birds, but not too young, about 8 weeks old. A couple of them left through the vent and I thought they were all gone until I took a couple pictures and saw there were at least two still in there. I kind of freaked and just closed everything up and contacted General Pest Co. I placed a radio in the bathroom on NPR, as wild animals are afraid of human voices, so maybe that would make them leave. Chris from General Pest Co. came out the next day and checked out the situation. He also inspected the attic spaces and around the exterior of the house for any entry points. He thought we may have or had flying squirrels in the attic as the blown insulation was channeled on the surface, but it was not compressed too much. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He looked in the bathroom ceiling a second time and assured me there were no squirrels remaining in there. Chris explained that a one way trap could be installed on the vent, but he thought it was unnecessary. If we should have a future critter issue, I will not hesitate to contact General Pest Co.
