Michael did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue with my computer and fixing it in an expedient manner. He is very knowledgable and explained what he was checking during the process. I would highly recommend him for computer repairs and any other computer related problems.

Michael was not able to retrieve files from my hard drive but it was not from lack of trying. I was scammed with Ransomeware (long story) but he was able to wipe my drive clean and restore my system as is if were a brand new computer. His response time was quick and his work quality is very professional and on target. Michael's prices are more than reasonable. He gave me a quoted price but I know he spent a lot more time repairing my computer. His response when I asked about what I owe: "I do not charge up. I quoted a price and that is what I will charge." He spent over 4 hours fixing my problem. And while he does not charge up I pay up!! Worth every dollar and more. I highly recommend Michael Perry. He knows his stuff AND he spent over an hour showing me stuff I never knew about my system. He also offers a 30 day guarantee on the work he completes PLUS I can call him anytime for questions, etc. Michael is my go to computer technician. Seriously, you will not be disappointed.

    $65.00 Flat Rate, Should take me no longer than 1 and a half hour to resolve any computer related issue.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Have a phone conversation to relieve them of any fears, and assure them I'm the right guy.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, A+/Network+ Certified and recently became certified to repair LG, Samsung,Vizio and Sony smart TVs.
