Abnel at Define listens and responds appropriately. He stayed within our budget, while other web designers seemed to completely ignore our budget range. Abnel is friendly, gives good advice, responds to our requests and does good work.

I hired Abnel on Thumbtack to do contract work and build me a professional website. He worked within a tight deadline and accomplished tasks much quicker than anticipated. His communication skills were Outstanding. He is an excellent listener and understands the nature of the work and shows initiative.
