- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I get an understanding of their issue on the first conversation, then we setup a date for me to come and give a quote, after the quote meets their budget, we schedule a date and time for the job to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I check my favorite technology news website every day, and I'm subscribed to other technical information via Email, this stuff changes so fast, but some people say if it ain't broke, don't fix it so I have books on older systems as well.
