Hired Brown’s Property Management to refurbish my tired and worn pine needles and assorted other needs. First thing they are quite professional regarding a detailed estimate of what your project might be and gave a breakdown of each phase of it with individual price breakdown as well. Impressive to me. After altering first estimate at my behest, it was resubmitted to me for approval and we settled on a day and time to complete the job. Week they were here on that day at the prescribed time. Impressed again! The results of the project were that I was thoroughly impressed with the final product. I think my yard is the envy of neighbors right now. It looks that good. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually.. i get there information name, address, phone number, email next, Get there vision for there service they want completed get a estimate sent to them once approved we schedule then go do there service..
