- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I talk with the customer and get to know them. That way I know what they like and expect. Then we schedule the project Date and Time. I send out a crew to the project they usually arrive 10-15 minutes early. My crew completes the project in a timely manner to keep the customer's cost down. Pictures are taken and sent to me for approval on the craftsmanship. I create the invoice and deliver it to property owner on time and material projects. On flat rate projects the invoice is sent in a sealed envelope by the crew. Last I make a call to the customer to inquire about I they feel about how the they were treated, and if they are satisfied the quality of work.
